QUEENSLAND SHOWCASES

Southern Queensland Landscapes is leading implementation of modern screens in Queensland. The focus is on the Northern Murray-Darling Basin, as part of the Northern Basin Toolkit program in collaboration with NSW.

SQ Landscapes is working with water users to identify the best sites for installations, ensuring maximum benefits for fish and farms without disrupting water operations.

A total of 13 sites will be modernised under the program, delivering up to 704 ML/d of cleaner water to farmers and protecting over 1.7 million native fish per year.
